TONY PHILLIPS

Managing Partner

Tony began his career in 1986 with a private search firm as a full desk (sales & recruiting) Information Technology recruiter. In 1991 he joined his client, a large national IT services firm, as Recruiting Manager for their newly acquired office in Orlando, Florida. He earned awards as the company’s top individual producer before being promoted to a corporate role training and managing new sales and recruiting staff as well as serving as a turnaround agent for troubled offices. In 2000 Tony returned to the field as VP, Area Director for their Florida operations where he spearheaded geographic and service line expansion with the formation of Business Intelligence, Project Management and Enterprise Architecture Practices.

 

With promotions to Region and Division management, his teams earned multiple awards for Branch, Region and Division of the year. He was asked to take a corporate role once more as the company embarked on a multi-year transformation initiative to retool their business model & service offerings. During this process Tony served where change was needed in a variety of roles to include VP, Solutions Architecture and Sales Support, SVP, National Practices, SVP, Strategic Accounts SVP, Talent Services and finally SVP, US Operations until he left the firm in 2017 to found Moxiant.
